Details of the complaint of this case (B, L, A 556/2017) is the plaintiff submitted an application to the Labour
Court in accordance with Section 213 of the said Act for the application of Section 234 of the Bangladesh
Labour Act, 2006 (receipt of dividend in the ratio 80:10:10 of 5% of the firm’s dividend) by the defendant.
